DO NOT RENT FROM LAKELAND PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT! They are an awful company to rent from and are incredibly rude to good tenants. They take advantage of renters and their leases all say that they may kick you out with out reason. I know because it happened to me. I have never been late on rent or broken any part of my lease and was kicked out because they told me ""they wanted to"". I care about the members of the Lakeland Community and that is why I would like to warn you not to rent from this company.
