Awesome place to live! Very comfortable and rooms are spacious and huge. No noise around the neighborhood it's always quiet and if you have any problem management lives right on the property!

My Fiance and I moved here 1 and 1/2 yrs ago, and have been very pleased with our choice in Apartments. they complex is always kept clean and the management staff is very helpful in every way.

Lake Villas is clean, quiet, and nice. I was only there for 8 months and had to move out because I lost my job. I would have stayed otherwise. The staff is AWESOME. My apartment was clean and nice, nothing fancy. It had all the basics in good order. The location is good, the only down side was not the best areas for walking my dog. But for the price, it was excellent. If I move back to south...

Im very pleased and happy with living here at Lake Villa Apt. It is a beautiful and comfortable place to live. The people are very nice, management is very helpful and very prompt on repairing any broken items whether minor or major. I hope to live here for many more years to come.
