Poor staff-parent communication. High staff turnover. Unsecured facility. Maximizing profit takes priority over the well being of the children.

Poor communication between staff and parents. It's like pulling teeth to find out how your child's day went. Diaper rash issues for infant as well as for potty trained toddlers due to staff negligence. Child coming home with more negative behavior than positive. Unsecured building.
