Management is very nice and do what they can to work with you. I got a new job and needed to move but was unable to do it right away, management was willing to work with me to sign a shorter lease. Office hours changed adding 30 more minutes. The 30 minutes makes all the difference when getting off at 4pm downtown getting here right around 5 pm right when it used to close. This is nice quiet place that feels safe and is well maintained. The staff was always very friendly and competent. Parking is a nightmare though, the developers simply didn't plan enough spots for the property. Furthermore there is an entire acre of undeveloped land on the property that could easily be converted into parking at very little cost - this needs to be done. Otherwise it was great...

I have lived at Lake Forest for almost 2 yrs now and I love it. There are spiders but that is what you get for living by the lake! They do a good job to help maintain the property. The office staff is more than helpful and the maintenace team is always working hard. If you are getting an apartment i recomend Lake Forest!

I love my apartment. I have a garden tub and walk in closet - every girls dream. The staff is always very helpful and quick at assisting. Parking is a horrible thing but what complex doesnt have that problem. I wish I could stay here but I work downtown and the apartment is too far from any main highways.
