The girls who work at the front desk are VERY rude, and will not hesitate to get an attitude with patients.
This happened to me on several occasions, not just once. I have never, ever left a negative review for anybody, but I feel obligated to inform potential new patients what they're getting when they visit/call this office. I will be finding another PCP, as this behavior is completely...

Dr. Poquiz and his staff are very helpful and kind. They go beyond what they should. I would recommend this practice to any families looking for a primary care physician.

The front office is unprofessional and rude. There is a lot of fighting among the staff, even in front of the patients. I was out of town and needed to speak with Nicole about my care and the front office refused to transfer the call and even argued with me. I have since transferred drs. and now the office staff is refusing to transfer my medical records to my new doctor. Now I know why...

Very professional yet personable. Explains all medication uses and speaks clearly on any problems you may have. If I still lived in the area, Dr. Poquiz would be my first choice.
