I have used Ladybug Home Care 24 hrs a day 7 days a wk for over 4 years for my special needs child. My daughter requires a lot of specialized care and we have NEVER had any issues. Tracy is always on call and comes and works frequently to keep informed about our daughter (and she has to drive 70 miles). I dont want the one bad comment to affect a great business that helps us when many other big agencies have not been able to. SO I hope my comment to the about the bad review helps anyone that may have any doubts to reconsider. Ask her for references as I am gladly on the list along with...

Not always reliable! Owner tells lies to employees, clients, etc. about her background and her experiences as well as her purpose in business. Doesn't always hire people who are truly certified or trained to do what they are doing. Employees do not have formal training. They don't feel confident in their position or their liability if something goes wrong (this I've been told by the caregivers we've used there). I would NOT trust my children or elders with this company again. Although intentions can be good and some employees there are AWESOME, not all are and I'd hate to recommend...

We needed some extra hands when my daughter had twins. We were exhausted so we gave Ladybug a call. They were able to find us some help quickly and they were really great. She had a lot of twins experience, we was well trained with CPR/First Aid, Happiest baby on the Block, she actually taught us a few things about keeping babies happy. Great swaddling tips and other things even myself as a grandmother had never known. The owner came to do an in home assessment and was wonderful, she was also great with the babies.
