I have used various storage locations but I have never encountered worse customer service than in the Lodi Lackland Storage facility. The female who picks up the phone during normal business hours and the man in the office that told me he is the manager were so rude to a patron, I thot I was on a reality show. I dared to step in and I got the same verbal abuse all because the man forgot his...
