Seriously snide and rude employees in most cases. The male tech behind the reception desk did a great job drawing blood without hurting me, but he was initially a smart mouth to me when I arrived....

Always curt if not flat out rude. Your visit isn't about you, it's all about THEM. And you're not going to get a copy of your own results unless you establish a MIcrosoft snail address first....
