Great bunch of folks

I have read all these very negative reviews and cannot imagine that they are talking about the same place I am taking my computer. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them. They brought my CPU into thier store from my car because I am not able to carry it. When I picked it up the next day, they put in my car. They explained how the viruses are getting into my system and what...

My machine, which was taken to Laboratory Computers before, was blue screening and would not boot up. I took it back and they said they'd take care of it.

Long story short, I called them for an update every Thursday for a wait time of 5 weeks. At week three, they finally informed me that the motherboard needed replacing. At week 4, they said they were still looking for the motherboard. I was finally fed up. How difficult is it to order a motherboard?! So after all the bs, the problem was never fixed.

They actually told me that it would be ready by today at the latest and when I called they had not even worked on it and their answer was "Soon" again. The man who answered the phone was very rude and acted like he could care less if we were satisfied. It would...

After carefully researching what I wanted, my father and I went there and told the fellow working there what we wanted, and just a few days later we came by to pick up the finished computer.

It worked well. For a while at least. The first issue I had was when I put a new game in the computer and at first everything was running just fine. Then after playing the game for about half an hour or so I'd hear this...

OmG!!
I received an email from my best friend. In the email they sent a link... to a greeting they made for me.
I opened the link and there was a ""Warning""! but, I assumed it wasn't nothing since this email was from my best friend who worked on a computer all day long.
I clicked open, and my computer screen turned Black!

HoLY ShiZnit!!!

I was in the middle of a project, I also had my MySpace, Yahoo, and Facebook pages open.
My computer wouldn't let do a thing!
