Help us make it rightThe most modern of the bars in the area, @mosphere is dimly lit with a clubby kind of feel. Special performances and events are held weekly, from drag shows to charity benefits. The rest of the week offers a range of events, including a cabaret troupe or karaoke on Wednesdays, $3 well drinks on Thursdays and male dancers and DJs the weekends. Escape the noise in the back where banquettes, pin...
Bravo's Top Chef contender Dale Levitski opened this quaint and casual French bistro in Andersonville in 2003. Since then, a series of toques have carried the torch in the kitchen. Service can slack, but you can count on tasty bistro eats from Lyonnais salad to duck breast with poached rhubarb and duck confit. Sunday brunch standouts include hanger steak with eggs and the croque madame, toasted...
La Tache is a cozy restaurant with a comfort zone most pleasing and quite romantic to boot. A small bar and waiting area in front becomes important should you hit a very busy night (and show up without a reservation). It was nice to see whimsical turned into wonderful when the La Tache team re-did the old Dellwood Pickle space. This is classic bistro fare from top to bottom and in between. For...

Competent French food that, sadly, fails to provide any kind of transcendent, "Oh, my God!" experience. Perhaps that's because I'm diabetic and can't order dessert.
Very good bistro food. Monday 3 course special is a reala deal.

Warm, wood-paneled interiors, a classic bistro menu, and reasonable prices sum the charms of the 45-seat La Tache. You could make a meal of appetizers from toasted ham croque monsieur sandwiches to egg-topped Lyonnaise salads. But save room for steak frites, braised rabbit leg, and fish specials. The popular Sunday brunch features French toast, French-style eggs with leeks and truffle oil,...
Monday nights feature a three-course menu of appetizer or salad plus entree and dessert for just $23.
The wine list is small but reasonably priced, with a good selection of bottles in the $25 to $30 range, and about 20 offerings by the glass ($6 to $12).
