Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice location. Plenty of items on breakfast menu for adults and children. Easy and convenient breakfast items to choose from. Pool and hot tub clean. Would stay here again.
Great with availability and very friendly staff. Check in and check out were both really easy and the value was great. Bed was really comfortable and room temperature was perfect upon arrival. Just started traveling for business quite a bit and recently stayed in two different La Quinta's, one in Boone and one in Raleigh, and both exceeded my expectations....
The building is attractive, and rooms are a little above average, but the welcome was I felt non-existent. No comment when I said I had been to La Quintas many times before. The renovations in the lobby area look great. The bed has a memory foam on it, very comfortable. Our room had two separate rooms and a door closed off the bedroom, which allowed me to get some piece and quiet for awhile from my husband.

The staff seems to lack knowledge of how to bill for your hotel stay. Checked in and within one hour had the entire stay charged to my credit card twice. When approached about the issue I was told that it would take three to five business days to have the charge removed from my card.
