Not too Shabby

First Floor, King Bed. Room was nice and tidy. Cool upon entering. TV was small and not too many channel selections. The pool area and hot tub were being used by a whole group. They seemed to have a good time and that is a good thing. The staff looked sleepy.

My family had a great experience at this hotel for our vacation. Everyone was friendly and it was very clean. Breakfast was great and they had to the order waffles. The pool area was nice and clean and the lobby was spacious.

The quality of the room, service, food was excellent. The major drawback of this hotel is it's location. You just start through a light and the hotel is on the right. Horns blaring each time you signal to get in the parking lot.

Very nice staff. Hotel in a great location. Pool area is nice and the value is very good. It is hard to find a pet friendly hotel and they are very accommodating. The only shortfall is the LQ breakfast in my opinion but the hotel makes up for it.

Need retraining

The entire staff must be retrained. Check in process is way too slow. When you have prepaid for the room and they cannot find your reservation there is a big problem. Tourist may put up with it but business people will not.
