Do not recommend to stay. Rooms were not sanitary at all!!! Bathrooms were not cleaned. Stains on carpet and bathtub. Hotel staff were rude. Breakfast bar was not stocked and the was not sanitary. Did not feel safe staying there with my family.
Service was great and the hotel did the best they could with an outdated structure. The price we paid was as high as some of the newer, more comfortable hotels we became accustomed to on our three day road trip to the Florida Keys and back to Phoenix.
Best manager. Best staff. Best room ever. I am a disabled person and I travel quite a bit with my daughter. I have never stayed at a hotel where I have been so well taken care of. The staff was exceptional and very customer oriented.
