When you don't want to walk to Coffee Bean from Southwestern, you can walk here. Seattle's best coffee, really good vanilla lattes, and great sandwiches....

At my workplace, we call this "the perfect sandwich place." I once ordered a tuna sandwich and I swear... every piece of lettuce, tomato, etc was perfectly...
