I went to have my teeth cleaned here, and according to my insurance, I have no co-pay for this. When I showed up for my cleaning I was prompted to pay a $50 co-payment. I told the assistant I didn't have a co-payment for that, and she didn't so much as bat an eye, but said $50. I paid it begrudgingly but called my insurance immediately after. Sure as sh*t, I was right. I called their office back and was fuming. Long story short I'm getting a refund. I will never go back to this dentist. If they are dishonest about this, what else are they capable of being dishonest about? This was only my second visit and I actually liked it until this happened. BEWARE and ask for a dental code if they say you have a co-payment that's questionable.
This dentist seems to be very honest, however I challenge those that have insurance and are assigned to this dentist to review your records and treatment plans against what she submits to your insurance and you will see how honest see really is. She charges patients co-pay even though their insurance claims they should not have a co-pay. Then she changes the information in system and submits it...

One of the best dentist I ever met. I have done may teeth crowning from different dentists in the past.The crowning teeth were done by Dr. Trinh proved to be the best. They stay rock solid without gum bleeding.She also explained very clear and detail before and after treatment. Thank you Dr. Trinh for your patient and professionalism.
