Really big 3 bedroom apartments. Plenty of parking. Maintenance people that can actually fix something. Management that cares about your concerns. Only drawback is there is no pool, but there's always the beach for that. Oh, and the upstairs floors are creaky.

The apartment is beyond great mike and maria are great they will work with you in any situation you just have to comm with them. The 3bd are huge and reasonable. I loved living there but i moved to another one of there properties which is still a good size for a 2 bd rom helix square in spring valley. Overall both properties are great

La Mesa Palms was a nice place to live in 2006. However, the management changed several times and the neighborhood went bad pretty fast by 2008. People started partying and playing music loud at night in the middle of the week. We heard out our window arguments about drug deals.
