Had breakfast. It was great as usual. The coffee is wonderful. The thing about La Madeline is it is always consistently good. And the service is great. It's a great place for a bit to eat.

Unsanitary, incompetent.. Breakfast at 9 am--used dishes and leftover food everywhere. Server in French-motif outfit speaks little English, keeps bringing out trays and ignoring the Un-bussed tables everywhere. The food was cold, the place a mess (see pictures). It's as if no one is supervising and the on-duty staff just going through the motions, ignoring the mess. Never going back.

Ordered Ham sandwich with fresh potatoe chips. Not bad. I do recommend this for a bite to eat. Potatoe chips were fresh!!!! And not too salty at all.My sandwich was delicious! I don't know...
