Tried to cancel monthly tanning subscription early but could not get the owner to call me back. Call 4 times and left messages. Went by the store and left messages to call. Never called. Went back by and asked to cancel with employee and she could not. The owner had too. Still haven't been able to cancel monthly EFT so I guess next step is going to the bank and placing stop payment.
They are very uninformative and misleading. They withdrawed my account alost 200 dollars over what it was suppose to be. When i called they said it was in the membership but i never did a membership. And they could not prove it. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of tanning places, just do not go to this company. Anywhere!

I have yet to walk into La Image tanning and not have a great experience. The beds are nice, they change bulbs frequently and the salons are so clean. They have plenty of beds to accomodate the amount of people waiting to Tan. I felt at home there as the Salon was roomy, comfortable and well laid out with lots of lotions and oils you can buy. I really love the fishtank as it added a special warm touch. The Salon is always so clean and fresh which is a HUGE plus compared to other salons that never visit again. With their extended hours, I feel I always have a chance to Tan at La Image Tanning without feeling rushed. Thank you La Image tanning for making my tanning experience a great one.
