Enriching the heart of LACMA's campus, the three-story masterpiece of architect Renzo Piano is the central focus of "Transformation," the museum's 10-year renovation project. Courtesy of a $60 million donation from Eli and Edythe Broad, the 60,000 square foot space's initial 2008 installation showcased some 160 works from the collection of The Broad Art Foundation and the couple's personal collection. Parking

Parking is available in the 6th Street parking garage, located just east of Fairfax Avenue. The charge is $7 and may be prepaid at all Welcome Centers, with credit cards accepted.

Know Before You Go

Specific reservation times are required, so check online or call ahead. The $12 ticket price for adults is considered high by some; however, it does include admission to the other LACMA galleries.
