It took well over an hour to get my rental trailer because the normal person who ran the computer wasn't available. I probably would have walked out if I didn't need that trailer so bad. (I'm not giving a poor rating because the man was nice and tried his hardest to work the computer and help me get my equipment)

They hooked the trailer up wrong. The chains were dragging and they didn't even tighten it down. I had to pull over on the interstate and fix it. They were rude to us and acted like we were a burden when we picked it up. Bad service all around.
