This place was just awful do not come here. All the food looks and taste like it was made with an easy bake oven. Let's start with the mac and cheese god damn I never knew you could put yellow...

I grew up in Winston-Salem so eating at K&W was a part of my life. I love it! Food is good southern cooking. Portions are good size and you get your money's worth.

I like this K&W cafeteria, it is clean, tables not placed on top of one another and the staff is VERY FRIENDLY. Order the fish, it was cooked just right, juicy and flaky. I have dined here...
