Kustom Kleen of Bettendorf, IA does not call to say he can't make his appointment then he didn't call to say he was going to be late for the second appointment 2 1/2 hours late! He is rude and said he called which he lied about. He makes excuses for his actions every time.
Mr. Welch has been cleaning my carpets for the past 15 years and I would not let any one else clean my carpets. He has gotten out stains that I was sure would never come out. He is extremely polite and knowledgeable about his work. I would consider myself to be a very satisfied customer.
