This is a good spot to get a bento box or some other japanese dishes while visiting Japantown. They have good hours, which is key here.

Located near many other shops and restaurants. We chose this spot because it looked busy enough. I didn't have my phone, otherwise I wouldn't checked Trip Advisor's reviews.
We ordered typical bento box lunch, edamame, tempura, and a few special rolls. What we thought was going to be a snack, ended up being a full meal at 3pm! We couldn't...

Nice little cafe/restaurant in Japantown

This was a very good place for a snack in japantown, friendly but busy staff and a bit of a wait for a table.
The complimentary little bowl of Miso and green tea was a nice touch.

With focus on a Japanese cuisine dominated by seafood and sushi, this is a restaurant. Expect the average entrée to cost $12 to $20, and visitors go dressed casual.
