Terrible customer service and very rude phone manners. This company will not make an Emergency tank re-fill 5 hours before they are closing on a Saturday when they are closed on Sunday. I even said that I would pay extra for the special delivery. We were told that the propane delivery driver cannot be reached once they leave for deliveries. Who doesn't have a cell phone these...
