Stopped last night for dinner and they had me pull up out of the drive thru and wait 30 minutes for my food. Meanwhile 4 cars behind had got what they ordered and left. Then when they brought the food she pushed it in the window.

bathroom is nasty ,tables were dirty, the burger was soggy. heard cashier tell woman in drive thru that slushy machine was down when a person at the counter just got one.this location is nasty,dirty and dishonest. so disappointed

This is the second time we've experienced uncooked chicken from this Krystal's. Do not ever eat here. It's hard as a rock and not even slightly cooked with the breading falling off
