Poor service and a rip-off

We had a Will done with this attorney. After our initial consultation, we did not hear back from them for over 7 weeks, despite our phone calls and emails to them. When I went in to their office to tell them we were taking our businees elsewhere, they apologized and I stayed there to help them create the document. I did not know I was being charged for my helping them (at $225/hour). All they did was take a pre-existing document with someone else's name on it), and insert my wife and my name into it (with a few other minor changes). For this we were charged 6.5 hours (how they could possibly come to that I have no idea). They "generously" offered 50% off for their poor service, but since the hours were doubled from what they really did the price was the same. They have very poor communication, are extremely expensive, and I would not trust them.
