We had multiple complaints with this pharmacy that forced us to take our business else where. Though staff was normally nice, they lacked knowledge and professionalism. A change in our insurance required that override codes be used to process the medication. Kroger pharmacy was unable to put in the codes and blamed our insurance company who after several attempts was able to walk them through...
