Very excellent service at the store in general, but the customer service manager went above and beyond when my stolen cell phone was located in her store. She pursued until she found someone in my contact's list who could identify whose phone it was and even waited past her workiing hours until we came to pick the phone up. She was so nice and helpful and we appreciate that wonderful service.
The meat is inferior. The store is too large for a grocery store causing a longer time to shop and/or find an item. There are many cameras which, are focused mainly on their employees. They are good people but, are treated unjustly. Kroger is also a unionized grocery whch, may cause your cost to rise. ALso, do not let the 3 cent discount for gasoline fool you.
