Horrible service. I tried to get an HP ProBook with Krex. I ordered it on Thurs @ 8am. They had no communicatiion with me at all during the process- no email. Nothing. I started calling them on Friday late morning just to make sure the order was received. I was sent to a voicemail. I left a message. Nothing. Called back a few hours later and spoke with someone who could NOT check my order status. He said they'd call me back. I called again a few hours- ""let me check if the person who can help you is available""- he referenced that I needed to talk to the manager and he had been in...

I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Krex Computers, Inc in Morton Grove last week. Al was very professional and saved my company a lot of money for a new program I would have to buy.
I will go back to see them every time I will have problem with my computers and I will highly recommend their service.

Ask at Krex for sunil lakhani or al lakhani they are the owners of this use to awesome store that had Great Customer Service...
