Ridiculous

The service that I received here at this Photography Studio were beyond unacceptable. I recently graduated in 2014 from high school, and my school recommended that all seniors take our photos with Kreative Image. I went there and number one, they were late getting to the location so we had to wait outside in the car for an extra 35 minutes (even though when we called the photographer, he told us he was there). After we took the pictures we were happy with how they came out BUT the lady at the front desk made a touch up to my face without my consent. This touch up was not noticed until we got home sooo we had to send it back to the photographer who did not return it until 2 weeks later. Then, prom came along and the photographer had areas set up for all the students to pay for a specific package and take their pictures. I paid $60 and when I got my pictures back AGAIN they made a touch up that was so horrible and noticeable I HAD to send them back. In the picture they added more to my hair and to my suit jacket. It made my hair look pointy and made my suit jackrt look shreded in the back. The day we received the pictures (May 28th) we contacted the photographer who said and I quote "I just noticed that there is a "shadow" in the pictures with brown backgrounds. Im going to fix this immediately as well as try to get you your full refund back for the inconvience." This again was on MAY 28TH, 2014! WE DID NOT GET A RESPONSE UNTIL AUGUST 2014! The photographer emailed a picture and asked if this was better. I told him yes and he said that it would be ready Monday. I then asked him about the refund and if it would be available Monday upon me receiving the pictures and he responded saying how he doesnt know anything about a refund. He said he has been in the business for 27 years and no company ever gives you pictures and a full refund. But that is what YOU said and it was YOU who added effects to my picture and it was YOU who didnt respond back to me for 2 whole months! He then said I can either give you the pictures or your full refund, not both. So I told him to give me the refund and he said "I cant give you a full refund since I emailed you a printable picture." WHAT? I didnt ask you to do that, you couldve emailed a regular file not one that is printable! I asked him how much would I get of my refund and he said "I dont know, the person in charge of that is not here right now, but when I find out I will call you to let you know." And that was 2 weeks ago, still no call. This company has done some horrible pictures and though they have potential to offer great work, their time management, customer service and respect for their business all lacks and thus causes them to not function as properly as they should. It is ridiculous how I have still been waiting for a word from this company every since May and now I am about to start college and it is August. I highly recommend that you find an alternative for your Senior pictures or inform your school about this situation. The photographer is very rude and continued to cut me off on the phone while I was speaking. Completely unprofessional. I will post pictures of my prom pictures and the horrible touch up they did as well as the emails I received from them supporting what was stated in this review. I have no reason to post a bad review about a company unless they deserve it and I really wouldnt like for someone to go through the same thing as me. The photographer's name is Tim.
