I would never go anywhere else for flowers. Pam was very accommodating and helpful in the process of choosing flowers for my wedding. She researched several ideas for me and was open to new ideas. The flowers were gorgeous and more than I could have ever imagined. I was extremely happy with the product and customer service I received for a very reasonable price! I had many compliments on both...

my family and I went into your shop for flowers for my Mother's services and you were very rude and unkind. Told us that we had 'to pick whatever was on had as nothing can be special ordered. you get what I have' . needless to say, we left and went to New Hartford and they were very sensitive and accommodating to us. Shame of you for the way you treated us during a very difficult time.

I have used Kowalski Flowers several times. I am located out of state, my Aunts are located very near by Kowalski's flower shop. They have been very easy to work with, the flowers were always delivered as requested, on time and beautiful. Thank you so much Kowalski Flowers :)

What a fantastic find!

This flower shop packs great customer service and great products. I stopped by on my way home from work one day to pickup an arrangement for the holidays and was impressed by the quality. The price is a little bit more than I'm used to, but I used to pickup flowers from my local grocery store. I will never go back to doing that though! The quality is definitely not...
