Alan Kovitz is either not competent, or plain lazy. He did not know the basic facts of my case after he had spent sixty (60) hours on it. He gave me bills stating that he had spent $12000 of my retainer and yet he fumbled in court not knowing the facts of my case. I was also witness to his poor interpersonal skills when he was raising his voice and arguing with the staff at the Skokie Courthouse.
