It's been a few years since a fire gutted this Asian hybrid a short trek from Central Square; since reopening, it's been on fire in the best sense of the phrase. Now as sleek and shiny as any contemporary bistro, it has won over… Read More
Korean-style barbecue, hot pot dishes and sushi are the name of the game at this Asian hybrid. As sleek and shiny as any contemporary bistro, it has won over ambience-seekers without losing any loyal foodies in the bargain. It all gets started with the Korean barbecue where you can heat up everything from monkfish to tofu: cooking your own food on tabletop grills isn't as risky as it sounds,...
An "experience" you practically "can't find anywhere else", this spacious Central Square spot offers diners the chance to grill "traditional" Korean BBQ right at the table (there's also a "decent mishmash" of other Asian selections like sushi); servers are "ready to cook the meat for you" if you wish, adding to the "great value."

Know Before You Go: If you're not a spice lover, steer clear of the innocuous-looking dish of spicy pickled cabbage (kimchee) that arrives with your entree: It's not for the faint of heart.
Parking: Most nearby spots require a residential permit. Head to 75 Prospect Street, where, after 5pm, the large parking lot becomes free to the public.
When to Go: Weekdays, between 11:30am to 2:30pm, there's a bargain lunch box special: salad, bulgogi, dumpling and sushi for $8.
