Poor customer service and as another reviewer noted, alterations are way overpriced. Charged $50 for two casual shirts. That's more than the shirts cost new! Then the seamstress completely lied...

Brought a dress of my grandmothers to see if the seamstress could sew it onto a couple of pillows and they did a beautiful job. Very happy with the work the seamstress did.

Dry cleaned two pants for $9.90. and Customer Service... not that friendly. Get the feeling that they are doing you a favor for cleaning your clothes. Go somewhere else if possible.
