Help us make it rightKoi is tucked into an unassuming strip mall off a main drag. When you are inside, however, the atmosphere is very serene. I have eaten dinners at Koi and have ordered take-out. The food is always good. I particularly like to get a bento box with a variety of tempura-battered shrimp and veggies, plus sushi, pot stickers, rice, and salad....
I haven't been to Japan, but I've travelled quite a bit around the U.S. and I regularly visit Koi because the food is great, the service is good, and the prices aren't too bad. I usually get the salmon bento box, but the tuna tataki is really good too, and the sushi rools are all awesome too.
The Sushi was good. The options are excellent. The decor is very good. It seemed overpriced to me compared to other restaurants with similar quality food.
Really good sushi, and lots of options. Prices are a little high but it is in the middle of the desert...
I travel to California often and I haven't found a Japanese restaurant that's better than Koi. By quite a margin. Their food is very very good, and quite reasonably priced. The portions are good. If you like Japanese food or want to try it for the first time, I would recommend Koi!
