They never have my size. They're always out of my size. It's disappointing. I always have to either buy it online or travel to other stores to get what I think may be my size. Then go to another store to get what really is my size. It's annoying.

Service counter empoyee was exceptionally rude to my mother and I. She cut me off in the middle of me explaining the situation, and before that she took a call in the middle of the conversation without saying excuse me or sorry. Didn't seem to care that there was merchandice under a sign with 50% off that was in the same collection and brand as the 50% off clothing, just said "that's how it is...
