Really frustrating time being kept on hold for thirty minutes with multiple people getting on and asking what I needed and then never getting back on. Finally hung up. Booo customer service

I love kohls. But went in to buy some pants. Been in a few times. Shelves are a mess. I am not going to spend an hour sorting through the mess to find my size. Same with the shirts on the shelf. Don't they have anyone who can organize the shelves? Seems like early in the morning like today it would not be this way. So I will go else where to find what I'm looking for.
