Rebecca, Nate, and Cami were fast, efficient, careful, friendly in handling a huge rush for returns this afternoon. They kept their composure, greeted each person graciously, and were patient with each situation. These young service providers reminded me of veteran customer service ace, Linda, who has always been a paragon of friendly, fast, efficient service.

Went shopping at Kohls tonight and as always very pleasant experience. The staff is always just so super friendly and with the holidays and all the craziness I was impressed. Whoever their store manager is deserves a pat on the back because to me it's not hard to tell when employees are treated well, it shows! Happy Staff means someone is doing their job!!

They have a little bit of everything, they have pretty decent prices and the store is easy to maneuver thru. Not my favorite place but if I need some clothes, cook ware, shoes or random home item...
