Wow! Called 20 mins before closing tonight and the lady in Home section had all my choices ready as I drove. She helped me make my final purchase and Fabian at the register was so kind. He helped me scratch off the discount and was professional, friendly and wonderful. No one cared I walked out after closing--customer service at its best.

Kohls always has great coupons and the charge card is a GREAT deal! The staff is super friendly, I always find what I'm looking for with their help.
