Khol's has the worst customer service i have every experienced please do not order on line they will not refund you i called 3 times had 3 different supervisors hang up on me never received a call back i was on the phone 3 hours just trying to get a refund spoke with a supervisor name shameka very rude!!

Today a good friend of mine went into your store:

Kohl's Keller

Keller, TX 76248

He went in looking for a shirt to wear to his grandfather's funeral tomorrow. A clerk stopped him, saying that they don't carry clothes to "accommodate people his size" and that he "should consider losing weight." Following this, he asked to speak to a manager and was refused service.
