Right on the website it says "made at the time of your order" so you know it will take longer than other restaurants. However, the food always comes out hot and delicious! We ate at K2 off Fredericksburg rd. We are Indian/Pakistani food snobs after loving in England and this place is as authentic as it gets. NO BUFFET!
