Our owner selects the most premium cuts of Kobe & Angus beef, sold to us directly from the ranch. We then age our meats in our special facility for 25 days, which enhances the beef flavor as well as making it more tender. Our beef comes from "Niman Ranch," a ranch that prioritizes health and flavor by giving the beef a 100% vegetarian diet. They use absolutely no growth hormones or antibiotics....
