Good place to live for seniors or small families, safe, quiet neighborhood. Good for low income, but if you make decent money go elsewhere. No amenities, pay laundry facilities, no dishwashers, pool or playground. Cannot have grills or bird feeders, maintanance limited and may charge tenant for repairs. Nice size apartments are a plus. But minor dings in the apartments. No dishwasher, by the woods so lots of bugs, and ridiculous pet policies. Use to be a retirement home. Good place to live if you have a bigger family. Or if your older and don't go out much. Not easy to get a hold of maintenance so some repairs you may have to do yourself. Office hours are limited, only two days a week.
