I needed exhaust pipes for a Cessna 310. I took my old pipes in and was told that they could be repaired for about $2000.00. A moment passed and ""each"" was added. Naturally, I was shocked. The owner told me it was because there were three bends that had to be dealt with.

I returned to my maintenance facility and told the mechanic the news. He also was shocked and called Knisley Welding. He was told the job would run about $8000.00, because of the complexity of the job.

We went online and found another vendor that will send me the pipes for $3100. We informed Knisely Welding...

This business is run very sloppily. I wouldn't buy anything from them. You never know who made it, and can be sure it wasn't by a professional. They have been sued and had to pay quite a big fine.
