Staff was friendly, the property was quite clean.\n\nThe location was a bit of a challenge, but again, the helpfulness of the property management became a shining star.

The breakfast was surprisingly nice for the price!\n\nThe rooms were a little small and guests smoked outside of their rooms which allowed smoke smells to drift into the rooms

It's close to a bunch of good restaurants.\n\nThe noise of Franklin street. There is a underpass and people think it cool to rev their engines under it.
