Hotel room was warm when we entered - nice benefit walking in from a bitter cold day. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Check out involved just dropping off the keys.\n\nNo

The location near SUNY Oswego was perfect. The staff was friendly.\n\nMy expectations were reasonably met however the bathroom needs updating and it's definitely worn. The bathroom door stuck & the enamel on the tub was chipping. The free Wi-Fi was frequently unavailable. Free breakfast was limited & space tight.
