Very rundown and overpriced for the condition. Stains on carpets and walls, and furniture mismatched, heavily stained and scratched. My friend and i rented a room there, and the room had an odor to it the conditioning didn't work and they gave us another room and dang it was worst than the first one the matress was nasty black and disgusting and they expect humans to lay on that...wow i know one thing i damn sure not ever going...
