Pick up equipment then significantly change the price from what was quoted. They refused to allow me to pay by credit card over the phone for pickup of the equipment (which they usually do) insisting that I pay in cash only.

I recently stopped by the store to pick up a few supplies to update an aging cub cadet I own and upon dealing with the older man at the counter, it became very obvious that he apparently had better things to do than answer any of my questions without an added snarky response.
It seemed like if I were not their to pick up a new item then he wanted nothing to do with me as a customer.

The store two things that I needed but he wasn't helpful at answering about the other two parts I needed, so I decided to just pay for the two he had. The total was under $10 and I pulled out my debit card...
