The filthiest, (dirty, dusty, stains, gross) most neglected, stuffy waiting room I've ever seen. Get a feng shui expert in there! His office was a mess too. Even if it's not your thing to be neat and tidy, hire someone to do it for you. Consider it a professional makeover. In short: couldn't get past the bad vibes.
