We love great European bread! We love everything about it -the simple pleasure of kneading it by hand, the rich aroma of the Levain (natural yeast), the simple healthy ingredients (flour water and salt) the sound of the crackling crusts as they are hand peeled from our Italian hearthstone oven, and the delight we've found in sharing this amazing bread with others.
